Location: the hotel was close to good dining options and most tour operators, cafes / restaurants on the way and the beach and centre.

The room was spotless with the wonderful sound of the native birds and a sunny balcony, as example, at least for me. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware were provided if needed. The location in a good area 

Very very good breakfasts with coffee, slices of fresh bread, cereals, and fruit. Extremely helpful and attentive staff, easy check in. Location not far from the restaurant right there, the centre of town and ferries so perfect spot, and 

it's the stunning location, close to the beach. there is a lot of great food for breakfast.

Pleasant and awesome location, 10 minutes' walk to Paihia Wharf. The rooms with private balcony, verandah and good laundry facilities. Excellent food for breakfast.

Had airy superior twin room with the balcony, patio, as example. The location was amazing, at a medium distance from St Paul's Anglican Church. You could walk to various stores and all the major shops...

The hotel is gorgeous - air-conditioned rooms and extremely comfy beds. The venue's staff is really friendly. There is a terrific beach restaurant for breakfast.

The room was good-sized and airy with great shower, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location of the hotel was favourable and beautiful - relatively close to Paihia Beach. I enjoyed bars and restaurants minutes from the property. 

This hotel is an excellent choice for a stay in a beautiful coastal location. The rooms are spacious and clean, with attention to detail and a great shower. I particularly loved the large balcony overlooking the stunning sub tropical gardens. The staff provide

Noisy Fan, No Air Con, A bit overpriced given other accommodation in Paihia - but no real complaint on this item. Re question 3 below, main reason for stating was internet selection

Pleasant welcome, helpful reception staff. Clean room with all essential items and a few bonus surprises! Definitely would recommend this hotel and stay here on my next trip to Paihia.

The staff are superbly friendly and exceptional, we enjoyed them. Its location is good and beautiful, minutes from bars and restaurants. The beach is a few minutes from the hotel.
